Willian Solis, CMT / CPT
In addition to being a movement and strength coach, Wil is a well-rounded licensed massage and manual therapist with experience as a massage therapy instructor.
His massage repertoire includes Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), Cupping, and Accupressure.
After the first time he lifted weights with the football team in high school, Wil fell in love with fitness and strength training. He moved on to become a personal trainer for a wide range of clients.
As a coach, he is no stranger to pain. After sustaining injuries early in his personal training career, Wil searched for alternative modalities and training style. His focus shifted from weight lifting to Pain management, Rehabilitation, and Injury Prevention.
Wil studies Pain Science, the nature of chronic pain, and human movement. As an Applied Neurology practitioner (Z-Health) and a certified pain free performance specialist (PFPCS), he wants to help clients move away from pain and into performance.
His goal is to help clients better understand what is going with their bodies and teach them ways to help themselves.
