Free cancellation up to 4:00 PM the day before the appointment*
› You may cancel or reschedule up to 4:00 PM (cancellation window) the day before your appointment, free of charge.
› *Our front desk office is closed on Sundays, so if your appointment is on a Monday, the free cancellation window for that ends on Saturday at 4:00 PM.
› In the event that you change or cancel the appointment past the cancellation window, the full price (non-insurance private-pay rate) of a visit will be charged to your account as a late cancellation fee. We require a credit/debit card on file for this purpose. If you have prepaid visits, one of the visits will be used as the late cancellation fee.
› Our time together is valuable. Our cancellation policy is in place to minimize disruption to our patients' treatment plans. Keep in mind that if you book a session we turn other patients away and if you don't show up they miss out. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
